Where is my order?
You will receive an email once your order has been dispatched. If you need tracking information regarding your order, please get in touch with our Sales Team and they can track it on your behalf. Send e-mail to email@example.com or call +86 750 3169 569 and they will be happy to help.
Can I amend or cancel my order? (E.g. change the quantity, size or colour)
In general it is not possible to amend or cancel your order. Except if you contact us immediately, within 15 minutes, after placing your order online. Besides that we will not be able to make an amendment, change or cancel the order.
Non-personalised items can be returned, free of charge, for a full refund provided they are in 100% saleable condition.

Which countries do you deliver to internationally?
We ship worldwide, just select your shipping destination at checkout. The delivery charge will be updated. Please note different Terms & Conditions for returns apply for different shipping destinations.
How do I change my nominated day delivery date?
If you want to change the nominated delivery date, please specify when ordering. After that we will not be able to change the delivery date.
Can I change my delivery address?
Once the order is confirmed you cannot change the delivery address. Unless if you contact us immediately, within 15 minutes, after placing your order online.
Can I change or amend the delivery method of my order? (E.g. change from home delivery to store delivery)
We use 2 delivery types. If you are in a hurry, then opt for Express Delivery (1 - 2 days*). If you can wait a few days then choose our Standard Delivery (3 - 5d ays*).

When ordering you can specify whether to deliver to a home or a business address.
Only when you contact us immediately, within 15 minutes, after placing your oder online, we can change or amend the delivery type or delivery address.
Why have products in my basket disappeared?
Products in your basket may have disappeared due to one or more of the reasons outlined below:
• Products added to your basket may have sold out before you checked out
• If you have exceeded the total number of 25 different products in one basket this may also cause items to disappear
• A time-out (you did not complete the order in a timely manner) can also cause products to disappear out of your basket
Can I change my payment details?
Once your order is confirmed, you cannot change your payment details.
Can I change my billing address?
Your billing address is verified against your payment method (Credit Card, Paypal, etc.), therefore it cannot be changed.
